Hi all, how can I link the result (findings)of an EKG report (where observation resource can be used) and diagnostic report resource to capture the EKG information of a patient?

DiagnosticReport.result would point to the Observation

Observations never point to their DiagnosticReport - links in FHIR are generally maintained unidirectionally, though they can be queried bidirectionally
