I've seen the example observation for creatinine and I have a question, I hope there's guidance but I can't find it:
If the observation value is obtained from several specimen, is there a preferred way to express this? Observation only supports one specimen. I could use several Observations and an overall output observation.

While looking at this, I saw that DiagnosticReport supports 0..* specimen. Is this supposed to mean "the following specimen were somehow used in the production of this report"?

Creatinine clearance test?

That is a calculated values from two measurements so use two Observations and group them using derivedFrom into a single Observation.
