I'm prety sure this has been asked before, but can't find it:
What is the most convenient way to see the evolution of Observations e.g. a size of a lesion, or antibody count?

I think candidates are:

  1. Extension: sequelTo
  2. Extension: relatedArtifact
  3. Extension: replaces (not really..)
  4. Extension: eventHistory (really not..)

Is there anything else?

none of those if you mean to ref a prior observation about the same thing

Hi do we have backend api endpoints swagger or some other specification's documentation so that we can use it to get the user registered and offer basic functionalities in its android-client(related to fhir)

supportingInfo extension

Right, I missed that one. Seems better

@Ayush Shrivastava try making a new stream to ask this totally unrelated question

view this post on Zulip Ayush Shrivastava (Apr 02 2021 at 07:15):

I created it, and asked there as well, but no one replied therefore asked in an active stream. https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179166-implementers/topic/Backend.20API

supportingInfo seems a very odd thing to use for this. supportingInfo means "information you need to have to help interpret this". Using that to point to the previous result seems a pretty weak relationship.
