Does anybody have an Observation example using .component.valueString or .component.dateTime that they can share and allow to be published in the specification? (A use case would also work.)

This reminds me of GF#9375, which was about using Observation.component.valueCodeableConcept for questions that have multi-select answers (e.g. what types of alcohol do you drink? beer and wine). Just brainstorming along those same lines, would there ever be questions that have multiple dates as answers... Date of last 3 hospitalizations, date of last 3 menstrual periods, last 3 times patient has exercised.... I'm sure we could debate whether those are multiple observations or one single observation with multiple component values.
