Hi all. I have a question regarding a "performer" within the Observation resource.
I POST to http://hapi.fhir.org/baseR4/Observation/$validate and I get the message: "All observations should have a performer".
But consulting the documentation, I see cardinality 0..* in Observation.performer (I'm attaching a screenshot).

According to the documentation, could I avoid the performer? Or is the information reported by $validate correct?

Is your instance validating against a profile?
