Topic: OAuth2 error for R4

We have EPIC working fine with DSTU2 for a patient facing app.
We can connect to the EPIC sandbox with R4 but it gives us an error.
"Operation was unsuccessful because of a client error (Forbidden). Body has no content."
We are already adding the Authorization Bearer in the headers of the FhirClient. We couldn't find a fix for it and there is nothing on it when we Google. Any thoughts on what we are doing wrong here? Thanks.
