well, test.fhir.org/packages, but it's just a pick list item on the bottom left hand corner of the find packages tab

yes i haven't put any web interface on there - it's purely for the JSON API

yes, import URL takes a direct package URL. You could try, for instance, http://test.fhir.org/packages/hl7.fhir.r4.core/4.0.1.

I was able to download the .zip file from http://test.fhir.org/packages/hl7.fhir.r4.core/4.0.1. and imported file and that worked image.png . Thanks for this tool
