DRLS is related to the CRD and DTR implementation guides. I would start by reading through those. There are specific discussion streams for CRD and DTR here on Zulip. There's also a Confluence page with information about the Burden Reduction initiative that CRD and DTR are both part of that includes information on the regular calls we hold to answer implementer questions, as well as links to reference implementations and other useful tidbits.

I did study those guides carefully! However still failing on the last end-to-end demo step (created an issue in Github), but still not able to resolve it :/
