I have a need to construct the FHIR resources ExplanationOfBenefit (Claim/ClaimResponse) within a system that has traditionally used NCPDP standards.
Is anyone aware of an authoritative reference for a mapping between the specifications?

Check in the CARIN FHIR IG. That is the most robust FHIR IG for profiling of the ExplanationOfBenefit resource. @Amol Vyas
