Hi all,
We are trying to capture multiple services (Encounter resource) on Single Patient resource with Single Care Team resource. How can we capture multiple encounters in CareTeam resource? Can anyone suggest me.

If the CareTeam spans encounters, then don't indicates an encounter at all - just specify the patient. The CareTeam.encounter element is only intended for use if the CareTeam is encounter-specific.
