How is it expected that we represent three different implants with the same UDI (like screws) implanted in the same location? Would that be three separate but identical resources?

In theory, the implementation time could differ by a few seconds and the placement would also be sufficiently different - so "exactly the same" would depend on the granularity you use to capture the information

@Lloyd McKenzie this is one of the things for a xxxInstance (not necessarily a resource, but some content that says "if this contains any data, then you know it is a physical thing).
