I have updated the common languages value set to include a few more languages. @Lin Zhang @Jens Villadsen @Alexander Henket @nicola (RIO) @Simone Heckmann - invite you all to contribute missing designations in your language either directly (by committing) or to me. also, all of you may wish to contribute to build\implementations\translations.xml, which is more implementation type language stuff

I've added a pull request to hl7-fhir/fhir-svn with added missing Russian translations.
