The MoneyQuantity and SimpleQuantity type definitions in R4 are still marked with: status="draft",
however both datatypes also define core extensions:
"structuredefinition-standards-status"="normative"
"structuredefinition-normative-version"="4.0.0"
Should the publication status of these datatypes be updated to "active"?
