How would you recommend modeling an annual check up or a wellness visit in FHIR? We are considering the use of Encounter with a type in CPT that indicates patient preventive services or encounter for administrative exam (ICD10). Is this the correct way to approach this for completed encounters? Would you recommend that same approach for planned encounters, i.e., using type with the CPT or ICD10 codes above?

Any sort of visit would be an Encounter. The appropriate code depends on the code system used by your organization/country.
