DSM provides information on 5 axis. Psychiatric problem on I, Personality disorders and weak mental capabilites on II, relevant somatic problem on IV and level of functioning on a scale from 0 to 100 on V.
So DSM IV seems to be a collection of related Problems/Observations, maybe related through a List. Is that how others have implemented it? @Finnie Flores?
