Topic: Missing orderMeaning on List.entry?

For the List Resource in R4, List.entry has no orderMeaning. However there is List.orderedBy which, in my eyes, gives the collection of List.entry an order meaning. Should the spec contain a orderMeaning like "See List.orderedBy"?

I ask because I try to collect a list of all collections for which an implementation is supposed to preserve the order of elements. If I only look at orderMeaning there aren't many ordered collections. But for List.entry I would expect that implementations should preserve the order.
