Hello,
Can someone please help understand how to model middle name for a person in FHIR? The FHIR website says you can use the first name filed for middle names. There is also an extension example for middle name. What do you think the best approach is?

The extension allows you to explicitly flag a "given" name as a middle name, but the extension isn't necessary. Any given name after the first would qualify as a "middle" name.
