We have a use case where we convert a proprietary message to a FHIR message. We want to pass on the original message id (an UUID) with the new message for information purposes. Something like “response/identifier”, but it’s not a response - more like the extension https://www.hl7.org/fhir/extension-replaces.html , but not pointing to a resource. Anyone else done this?
