In MedicationStatement.dosage, how are people dealing with the case where a clinician enters data in one language (even if coded) and another clinician/patient views that data but they speak a different language? We subscribe to the recommendation of "store and re-present what the clinician entered at the time to avoid any change in meaning" but this doesnt lend itself well to multi-lingual scenarios. For example bi-lingual countries (Canada etc).

Some of our jurisdictions have a "help desk" clinicians can call to translate particular content they're interested in - translators have a clinical background so they can get the context right. Beyond that, I think most just deal with the rendered computerized data and ask the patient or call the original source.
