Is there a specific reason why MedicationStatement has no search param for basedOn http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/medicationstatement.html#search? It has one for partOf, but not basedOn. So I can't search out of the box relating to CarePlan

Pharmacy would be happy to consider adding a search parameter for basedOn if you add a tracker item.
