For discussion : this seems to be not the statement status, but the treatment status.

("treatment" is one of those words I think we missed in the beginning but is essential to differentiate the event -a statement - and the thing it refers to. )

There is discussion in the Pharmacy Group about the current status and what it should be - it is a mix of record status vs treatment status that needs to be resolved.
