Hi All,
I have some questions regards the Medication Administration resource.
The effective value is an Array of datetime or period.
When would multiple date times or periods be used? I can see that the documentation suggests when we have multiple administrations of a tablet but what would we expect to see when the amount administered differs?

in R4 onwards, effective[x] is 1..1

It was 1..1 in DSTU2 and STU3 too...
effective[x] doesn't mean "array". It means 'choice'.
