I'm in a problem of finding a suitable FHIR resource for one of my projects.
In our EHR system, there is a module to handle medical alerts. Medical alerts can emrge from different areas. Eg: Hypersensitivity, Contagious disease, Non standard procedures like inability to receive blood. Also for one alerts there can be several assessments. So depending on the outcome of those assessment the alert is updated accordingly. So is there any FHIR resource matching to above requirement ?

Implicit subscriptions on the system which detects the alerts, sending subscription notifications to a third party system whenever the alert trigger happens. Or FHIR messaging.
