Topic: Meaning of MustSupport

Is the correct interpretation of MustSupport that the system must do something meaningful with it? i.e., you can't just accept it and then ignore the field?
Or, does it mean that if you receive an element with mustSupport=True, you shouldn't kick back an error to the sender?
Or... something else?

More the former. The specific expectations for "something meaningful" must be asserted in the IG or profile that declares mustSupport
