Hello,
i am currently working on a mapping of IEEE 11073-10207 to FHIR. I am wondering whether a room is meant as an organization or as a location. On one image the information i have to map is shown and on the other one how i would do that. I don't have an idea how to handle the room. Does someone have some advice for me?

Rooms and beds would be locations.
The spec has examples on what could be in both

Sometimes things aren't that straight forward in the wild, and we find that there are some points in hierarchies where an item might be created as both an organization and a location for different reasons.
And you are likely to only map the levels that you actually need to track/care about.
