Does anyone have prior art for mapping the v2 OBR-12 "Danger Code" field to DiagnosticReport and friends? The field definition says "any known or suspected patient or specimen hazards, e.g., patient with active tuberculosis or blood from a hepatitis patient". Seems like it might overlap slightly with https://www.hl7.org/fhir/extension-specimen-specialhandling.html, but it's not really the same thing.

True, this is me being confused by the ambiguity of OBRs. DiagnosticOrder then.
