Topic: Mapping Guarantor to FHIR

I am mapping some data from HL7 v2.x to FHIR, and for the GT1 segment I am wondering what is the best FHIR resource to use? It seems like possibly RelatedPerson or Account, I am leaning to RelatedPerson at the moment. Or is it another resource entirely?

RelatedPerson, or Organization for non-person guarantors.

Non-person guarantors would be companies, institutions, organizations who are taking responsibility for payment be they charitable, or directly responsible (such as a guardian of a ward).
