Are there any cost-effective (or free) mapping GUI's for converting HL7 V2.x (specifically ADT and ORU) to both core and extended FHIR resources? I work in a MS shop and we are considering the use of Azure Logic apps...

@robert worden has a mapping tool. I am not sure of its current status but I'm sure he'll follow this thread up.

There is a separate v2 to FHIR stream here as well.

You might want to try www.redixfhir.com. Go to Jump Start and then HL7 (2.x) to FHIR Conversions. It does support ADT/ORU to FHIR conversions.
