so the best would be to get CMS to define a permalink. That's been difficult in the past. @Ted Klein @Rob Hausam has this come up in cda or v2?

I'm not sure if there has been discussion/use of it in V2 or CDA. I do see a number of 'drg' related OIDs in the registry, but in a brief scan it's not obvious to me if one or more of them cover this or not. @Ted Klein probably has more details.
