Hi, does FHIR have any support for LOINC document ontology? Each LOINC document type consists of part numbers for type of service, document kind, and subject matter. So far I see FHIR composition.class is mapped to document kind, but the other two are missing. Is this where I would use extensions, or should I explore having multiple codes in Composition.type?
