But the ValueSet is identified through canonical url (+ version). So this should switched to: "The value set canonical url "http://loinc.org/vs/[id]" identifies a value set that contains a set of LOINC codes." ?

@Patrick Werner You may wish to further specify if the context is for answers/values, to use LOINC Answers so folks don't use LOINC codes which are typically mapped to results/observations. It would help guide implementers to avoid mapping/implementation errors.

as this section is about using answer Lists, which are already defined as ValueSets by LOINC and are only used (not created) by FHIR implementers i don't think this section could be misunderstood.
