Here's a fully working Json schema for R3. This schema is swagger ready . Thanks @nicola (RIO/SS) @Ewout Kramer and particularly @Bence Eros for your support getting this done.

for now, the schema is located right here. I'm thinking about whether it justifies a technical correction or not

it does mean that the most significant block to the swagger work has now been resolved. but it does not mean that the work is all done
