I noticed that questionnaire has an options, which is a reserved word in mongoose.

you refer to the mongoose reference implementation? that's not maintained anymore, and we've removed it from the current build

@Grahame Grieve, this still apears under http://hl7-fhir.github.io/downloads.html with no note of not been maintained. If it's deprecated, I'm wondering whether there is other Javascript reference implementation that is recommended to be used instead.
