After two ballots and subsequent reconciliation of ballot comments, the Genomics Reporting IG will be published within the next few weeks. You can see the current build here: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting. It contains examples in XML and JSON. My org (NMDP/CIBMTR) is using this to design HLA genotyping reports that include molecular sequence data. The IG is based on R4.
