How is Observation.valueAttachment being used by implementers.? We at Hl7 are looking at scope of the Media resource and considering rolling Observation.valueAttachment into it. e.g.,remove valueAttachment from Observation and add a reference to Media as related specialized observation like Sequence is. Your feedback would be helpful informing our decisions.

I have not but expected it would be used for photos of EPGs etc.

in a v2 sense, I've only seen OBX with ED used for DocumentReference or Media content
