I see category is a field related to cost extension. If a payer opts out of cost plan/cost components, would category still be required?

Element path is: InsurancePlan.plan.specificCost.category

RESOLVED - ANSWER HERE: Looking at Davinci - coverage is parent element that is not must support, and type of coverage is required only if you include the parent element, so coverage.type is not required unless you include coverage. Coverage is parent, cardinality is 0 and no red S (not required)- anything with a cardinality of 1 under coverage is only required if you include the parent element coverage.
