This observation resource can be found at https://simplifier.net/nictizstu3-zib2017/zib-snaqscore. It has three components: WeightLossScore, AppetiteScore, and NutritionScore. It seems that valueset SNAQGewichtsverliesScoreCodelijst is not mutually exclusive regarding codes G1 (meer dan 3 kg in de laatste maand) and G2 (meer dan 6 kg in de laatste 6 maanden).
