There's a stub implementation registry on fhir.org at http://www.fhir.org/implementations/registry. This needs further development. It's not an app store - though it may contain things also found in app stores. It's not an app store because the things in there may not be apps you can simply purchase and install.

I'd love to see the CapabilityStatements/Conformances of anything that's in production (even if anonymized) just so we can get a sense of what's in use.

It might be useful to add a category so you can filter to things you might be looking for. For example: FHIR Server, SMART App, HIE, ETL Tool, Testing Tool, Development Tool, etc.
