Hi folks. I would like to know how to represent an immunization indication or request.
As example, a phisician indicate to a patient the yellow fever vaccine because it is required for his next travel.

Agree. But why do we need ImmunizationRecommendation?

ImmunizationRecommendation is essentially a specialized CarePlan typically passed back by a decision support engine. It doesn't order anything, just recommends.
