Hello guys,
In DSTU2 immunization has a field reported which says "True if this administration was reported rather than directly administered". In STU3 this field is not present and there is another field as primarySource which says "An indication that the content of the record is based on information from the person who administered the vaccine."
should this new field be populated as opposite of exisiting field ? If not what is the difference between both.

Immunization is combo platter of "ImmunationAdministration" and ImmunizationStatement." A different approach than with Medications.
