Topic: Immunization notGiven flag for reported Imms

A quick question around the Immunization resource. If a patient reports that they have had an immunization (e.g. reportOrigin="recall") - is the notGiven flag set to true or false? is primarySource true or false?

If the patient says they've had it, then notGiven would be false. PrimarySource would also be false because the data isn't coming from the individual that did the administration (but rather the person who received it)
