I am thinking about adding something to the FHIR resources exported from the LHC-Forms package (Questionnaires, QuestionnaireResponses, and Observations) that would identify which version of LHC-Forms produced them. The idea is that if we fix a bug in the LHC-Forms output, we could provide a tool (which we might run ourselves on import) to fix resources generated by the buggy version.
Meta.tag looks like a good candidate. Is there something else I should consider?

Contained Provenance would be the other option
