Topic: IG version vs profile version

Is there requirement that version of IG version and version of profiles in the IG be the same? Some IGs have IG version and profile version aligned. Like in US Core, all profiles have StructureDefinition.version = "3.1.1" for US Core IG v3.1.1. Some don't.

They don't have to align, but it's a lot more work when they don't
