What is the expected URI to use for ICD-10 CM? http://build.fhir.org/terminologies-systems.html listed a specific one for IDC-9 but doesn't have one called out for 10

it has been icd-10-us, but in GF#9033 (no vote recorded yet) it's suggesting icd-10-cm, which is consistent with our last discussion:

I thought that calling it icd-10-us could be confusing, but it's also more descriptive of what it actually is
if we use both, it definitely needs to be clear that they are synonymous

yes that's deliberate. I really think that they shouldn't have been allowed to call that one icd10 at all. but they did, so we follow them

confirming, after going through the tasks last night, that the correct URI is http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10-cm. I have updated the documentation
