It looks like there has been a change to the 'family' element of HumanName to change it from multi-value to single value. Is that correct?
If that is the case, then the following page should be updated to reflect that: http://build.fhir.org/json.html#extensions. The examples and discussion on this page use a JSON array for 'family'.
