I'm new to CDS-Hooks so maybe my question is stupid - if I create new CDS-Service then how to inform about it EHR System? In my case it will be Cerner Millenium.

This is typically an out of band communication with the customer you're looking to deploy to, is how I understand it to work. Forward your question to #cds hooks stream :)
