I am trying to map CCD document to FHIR STU3. I cannot find a good mapping for patient.guardian. I think it should map to Patient.contact in FHIR. But the problem is on guardian.code. In CCD, the value comes from ValueSet 2.16.840.1.113883.11.20.12.1. In STU3, the value of Patient.contact.relationship comes from ValueSet V2-Table-0131. And there is almost no common items between these two value sets. Any suggestion?

I just found that I can use RelatedPerson. Problem solved. At least for now.
