I am wanting to add information indicating "where the information came from" Looking at the Condition resource I see a "note" but its meant for general clinician notes for diagnosis and prognosis. What might be a good place in the resource definition in "Condition" etc to just add a little more information about how the resource is created and the source of the resource creation?

What about the Condition.meta.source attribute?

Provenance is intended for detailed metadata about how a particular resource (or resource version) came to be.

You may use an associated Provenance resource.

thanks so much for the responses. So I should use a resource like this https://www.hl7.org/fhir/provenance.html referecing the created Condition/FamilyHistory etc indicating the source of the data. Thank you very much.
