Click the result for encounter-primaryDiagnosis: http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/encounter-primaryDiagnosis
hl7.org returns 500 "Internal Error - unknown id encounter-primaryDiagnosis ."
Further investigation found that this is a STU3 extension so the correct URL is http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/extension-encounter-primarydiagnosis.html
Is there way to fix that?

@Yunwei Wang Soon the current Registry will be superseded by the package-based Registry I'm presenting later today. So I wouldn't bother on reporting this :smile:
