Hi All,
Generally we create encounters day wise for each patient and for each day we generate claims. But instead of generating claims for each day, Can we generate a single claim attaching it to the Hospitalization encounter??
Can anyone suggest me??Thanks in advance

Encounter.partOf is useful to tie daily encounters to the hospitalisation encounter.

To just avoid multiple encounters which will be easy to maintain data.

Hi @Richard Townley-O'Neill We just need to avoid creation of multiple encounters and to link each claim generated dialy to Hospitalization encounter.

It's fine to have numerous claims tied to a single encounter if the insurer is fine with it
